CapBlock® Totalshield Powder contains a natural botanical source of ascorbic acid combined with buffered vinegars, resulting in a super-strong anti-microbial and anti-bacterial inhibitor. It is formulated to increase product shelf-life and reduce spoilage due to yeast, mould, listeria, and gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria — a broad spectrum of protection from a single clean-label ingredient.
CapBlock® Totalshield Powder can replace potassium sorbate and other chemical additives, declared simply as “Buffered Vinegar, Botanical Extracts” with no E-number.
