Natural emulsifier from citrus, pea, potato & kelp fibers. Replaces DATEM, SSL, lecithin and mono- & diglycerides in beverages, shakes, sauces, ice cream and baked goods.
Unifier® Stabilizer — Bakery, Meat & Dough
Natural stabiliser, binder and gluten-free texturiser from psyllium, potato & citrus fibers. Replaces guar, xanthan, carrageenan and CMC in meat, plant-based meat, dough, noodles and bakery.
