MoistPlus® Syrup & Powder

MoistPlus® is highly functional, saves cost and is welcomed in clean label nutritional applications. MoistPlus® has been formulated to replace regular Allulose when used for its humectant and texture improving properties. MoistPlus® significantly outperforms Allulose. 

MoistPlus® performance is extremely obvious and unprecedented in its class with several strong advantages over straight Allulose.  

Allulose does have some humectant properties, but on its own Allulose is not a high performing humectant, Allulose acts more like fructose on a functional level, therefore it is more suitable as a sugar replacer. 

However, when Allulose is concentrated and combined with our proprietary Cassava syrup the results are outstanding, exhibiting 8 times the humectant and water activity performance than regular Allulose.MoistPlus® has 6 times the texture improvement sensory than regular Allulose.

MoistPlus® has 8 times the shelf-life extension than regular Allulose.

MoistPlus® is significantly cheaper than regular Allulose 

MoistPlus® does not impede any Maillard reaction (unlike regular Allulose which can cause light coloured bars to turn yellow).

MoistPlus® humectant can be used at 3% – 5% (any dosage can be used when used as a sugar replacer)
